Hualien Organic Agricuiture Office
This project originated from a public competition held by the Hualien City Government to design brand images for the agricultural sector.
The idea behind the brand design is inspired by rice. The process of refining rice to white rice eliminates any artificial chemical concerns but also strips away its nutrients. My goal is to restore its original, beautiful form.
I considered which everyday foods have a natural and attractive exterior and thought of the egg’s smooth, round shape. By combining the imagery of eggshells and white rice, we create a symbol that emphasizes the importance of environmental balance in organic farming, free from chemical dyes. This "coat" symbolizes a more complete and nutritious offering to humanity.
